Doffing Our Hats On International Women’s Day

On International Women’s Day, the GBs would like to salute all the women who have helped us raise the coffee bar and paved the way for a better future in our beloved industry. We believe that creating well-mannered coffee means being friendly to our customers, respectful to everyone who crosses our threshold and generous to our neighbours. It means being upstanding - behind the counter and in the community, embracing everyone as equals. It means always thinking about others and putting them at ease. 

It’s definitely not a gender thing, it’s a behaviour thing. 

So, on International Women’s Day let’s celebrate women’s achievements and contributions to our business and the wider coffee community together. This is about raising awareness about discrimination. And taking action to drive gender parity.
