Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
We pack and ship all orders between Monday and Friday; this includes Hardware and Merchandise
orders.
All orders received up until midnight Sunday – Thursday will be despatched the following day.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
Standard:
Royal Mail 24 (1-2 working days) - £3.95
Next Day: DPD Next Working Day (order by 11am for same day despatch) - £6.00
Orders above £40.00 qualify for free standard delivery. Further discounts on shipping are available

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We offer shipping worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked for parcels up to 2kg. Delivery
timescales vary greatly and cannot be guaranteed by The Gentlemen Baristas. Prices vary across
different regions and will be calculated at checkout.
Should you wish to place an order which exceeds 2kg, please get in touch with us at
sales@thegentlemenbaristas.com and we will provide a bespoke shipping quote.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
The Gentlemen Baristas is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees
imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
The Gentlemen Baristas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
RETURNS:
COFFEE / PERISHABLE ITEMS
We roast all of our coffee to order to ensure that it's fresh when it gets to you.
For all coffee and food items, we cannot accept returned goods due to their perishable nature.
If you are dissatisfied or if there is a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
We will then investigate the issue and if necessary remedy the situation either through the
delivery of a replacement or a refund of the purchase price.
GEAR / MERCHANDISE
If you are not satisfied with the items purchased or if an item has arrived damaged, you have 28 days to contact us.
We will investigate the issue and will contact you to remedy the situation either through the delivery of a
replacement or a refund of the purchase price and collection of goods received. Items that are returned to us
without an issue to the condition or functionality on delivery, must be returned unused, undamaged,
and in their original packaging, with all parts and documentation included, in full sellable condition.
